Company Information & Ownership

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and all associated quote requests. This website is owned and operated by Marsa Horizon Trading LLC, holding Trade License No. 1650875 issued in Dubai, UAE. By requesting a quotation or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Quotations & Proposal Validity

  • Quote Validity: Formal quotations and proposals issued by the Company remain valid for the period stated on the quotation document (typically 30 calendar days from issue date unless specified otherwise).

  • Binding Commitment: A quotation becomes a binding contract only upon written client acceptance (e.g., signed quotation, issued Purchase Order, or payment of the agreed deposit).

Pricing, Taxes, & Payment Terms

All quoted prices are given in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) unless specified otherwise. Quoted prices are subject to the 5% UAE Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with Federal tax regulations. Payment schedules, deposit requirements, and milestone payment terms will be clearly defined within each individual quotation or contract.

Cancellation Rules for Custom Orders

  • Cancellation Requests: Clients may request order cancellation prior to the commencement of production, procurement, or service deployment. Cancellations are subject to written approval.

  • Post-Commencement Cancellation: Once production, raw material sourcing, or custom fulfillment has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled, and the client remains liable for costs incurred up to the date of cancellation notice.

Intellectual Property Rights

All custom designs, proposals, technical drawings, specifications, website content, and documentation prepared by the Company remain the intellectual property of Marsa Horizon Trading LLC, protected under UAE Federal Intellectual Property Laws, until all contractual fees are paid in full.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and all formal quotations are governed by and construed in accordance with the Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any legal disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Courts of Dubai.
