Coverage & Delivery Zones

We provide delivery services across all seven Emirates within the United Arab Emirates. International or cross-border shipping arrangements are handled on a case-by-case basis as detailed in individual client agreements.

Custom Rates & Logistics

Delivery schedules, freight charges, and handling fees are calculated on a custom basis for each project or quotation. Applicable shipping rates, carrier arrangements, and estimated delivery timelines will be explicitly specified within your official quotation, Proforma Invoice, or service contract prior to order confirmation.

Delivery Execution & Acceptance

Clients are responsible for providing accurate delivery site coordinates, recipient contact details, and ensuring suitable access for delivery vehicles. Proof of delivery (PoD), handover sign-off, or digital confirmation may be required upon receipt of custom deliverables.

Delays & Force Majeure

Delivery timelines provided on quotations are estimates. Delays resulting from custom clearance inspections, extreme weather, road closures, material supply chain disruptions, or public holidays do not constitute a breach of contract. We will communicate any timeline adjustments promptly.
