Statutory Rights under UAE Consumer Protection Law

In accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 5 of 2023 on Consumer Protection:

• Manufacturing Defects or Non-Conformity: If custom-ordered goods or services are defective, damaged upon delivery, or materially non-conforming with the agreed quotation specifications, you are legally entitled to repair, replacement, or rectification without additional charge.

• Reporting Period: Clients must inspect deliverables upon receipt and report any defects, damage, or specification mismatches to our support team within seven (7) calendar days of delivery, providing supporting documentation.

Customized Orders & Voluntary Returns

Because all products and services offered are custom-quoted, manufactured, or tailored specifically to client specifications, products are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable once production, processing, or fulfillment has commenced, except in cases of proven manufacturing defects or agreed non-conformity.

Refund & Credit Execution

• Approved Refunds: Where a return or refund is approved due to verified non-conformity or defect, refunds will be credited back to the original funding account (credit card or bank transfer) within 7 to 14 business days.

• Credit Notes: Alternatively, and by mutual written consent, approved adjustments may be issued as credit notes applied toward future orders or invoices.
